Being Cool with What Is

Yesterday, it rained when we planned to be outside for the whole day and today it was a gorgeously sunny summer day when I had planned to be inside and get some work done around the house...so I made the best of it...yesterday, we took an umbrella with us , giving thanks that our garden plants were getting watered by Mother Nature and trusting we would find something fun to do despite the weather. When we arrived at our destination, it was sunny and we had several hours to walk around from shop to shop and just stroll. I was even fun when it sprinkled later in the day and we took shelter under the canopy of an outdoor bar that had live music playing. Today, I just brought my laptop with me to the beach house and took a fabulous walk on the beach instead of doing an exercise DVD at home :)
